Starwheel Gold Label carbon primary belt, HTD 560-8M-18, for light e-moto builds. It transmits motor output to the jackshaft on the primary side of the drive.

A worn primary belt is usually the reason a bike bangs or slips when the throttle is opened from a stop. Checking belt condition and tension at the same time as any jackshaft work saves pulling the cover twice.
