1. What types of products do you carry?

At Shawnerie's Shop, we carry a wide variety of products including women's clothing (tops, bottoms, dresses, sets, and plus-size options), shoes (heels, sandals, sneakers, boots), handbags, jewelry (necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, and moissanite pieces), nail beauty essentials, accessories, home décor, custom print mugs, posters, hoodies, t-shirts, and even sunglasses. There's something for everyone!

2. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the product and supplier. Since we work with multiple vendors including Trendsi, Printify, and others, processing typically takes 2–5 business days. Delivery can take an additional 5–10 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

3. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. Please contact us if you have questions about shipping to your location.

4. Can I return or exchange an item?

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please note that some items (like custom print products) may not be eligible for returns.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout including Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

7. Are your moissanite jewelry pieces real?

Yes! Our moissanite jewelry is made with genuine lab-created moissanite stones set in 925 Sterling Silver or 18K gold-plated settings. They are a beautiful and affordable alternative to diamonds.

8. Do you carry plus-size clothing?

Absolutely! We offer a great selection of plus-size clothing including jeans, hoodies, dresses, sets, and more. Look for "Plus Size" in the product title or browse our Clothes and Tops & Bottoms collections.

9. Are the custom print items (mugs, posters, t-shirts) made to order?

Yes, custom print items are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. These items may have slightly longer production times. Please allow an extra 3–5 business days for fulfillment.
