Shipping Protection

Shipping protection covers your order against damage, loss or theft while it is in transit. It is added to the order itself rather than shipped as a part.

Carrier claims are slow and often go nowhere on small parcels. With protection on the order we replace or refund the affected items directly, so a box that arrives crushed, or never arrives at all, does not leave you out of pocket.
